At STEM Learning our commitment to STEM education is part of everything we do. Whether that’s delivering teacher CPD (continuing professional development) in STEM subjects, bringing STEM role models into schools as part of the STEM Ambassador Programme or providing bespoke, long-term support for groups of schools in collaboration with companies through our ENTHUSE Partnerships, our aim is always the same – to provide a world-leading STEM education for all young people across the UK.

Delivered through Science Learning Partnerships based in schools across the UK, we deliver teacher Continued Professional Development across all educational phases, including subject knowledge for experts and non specialists as well as pedagogy and personal development for teachers. The courses cover a wide area of knowledge and do incur a costs, though this is heavily discounted through Government bursaries.

Life-changing impact for young people, delivered by STEM professionals in classrooms and communities.
STEM subjects are brought to life by over 30,000 volunteers, available across the UK, all free of charge. Inspiring communicators and relatable role models, they are here to help now, by connecting online. Aspirations raised, careers illuminated and learning supported.
As a school or college you can book a STEM Ambassador to come into your classroom, either face-to-face or virtually, free of charge.
STEM Ambassadors make an impact by:
- Supporting learning: help young people to understand the real world applications of their learning.
- Illuminating careers: showcase different roles and pathways into industry, raising awareness of important skills in the workplace.
- Raising aspirations: help young people meet a wide range of inspiring role models, encouraging them to think about their future.
As an individual working in a STEM sector you can make a difference to young people, your community and STEM education – becoming a STEM Ambassador brings a lot of personal benefits and also has a positive impact on the lives of young people.
